It’s easy to keep FormulaTrix current by updating online throughout the year. Check for new forms or revisions
to existing forms at your convenience and simply download the ones you need.
Slip Navigator
The Slip Navigator provides easy access to data entered for recipients as well as various sorting
possibilities. To prepare slips more efficiently, when a slip data entry screen is displayed, the Slip Navigator
appears in the toolbar section of the FormulaTrix window. The Navigator includes commands such
as "Go to next slip" and "Go to previous slip", as well as commands to add and delete slips, to sort slips
and to open the Slip Manager dialog box.
Permanent Data Rolled Forward
Permanent data (name, address, SIN, etc.) is retained and can be rolled forward to the following year
to save time re-keying.
Import and Export
You can exchange data between all slips included in FormulaTrix and certain other sources such as
Excel spreadsheets.
Forms Containing Data
This column of the index displays a check mark in each row to indicate forms, slips or summaries that
contain data.
File Protection
Password protection can be activated for all your FormulaTrix files.
Labels
You can print labels for your T4/RL-1, T4A/RL-1/RL-2, T5/RL-3, RL-4 and T5013/RL-15 slips.
