Throughout the month of February and for the period of May to October, returns will be shipped on the business day following the
processing dates.

Toronto area and Québec:
For the period of March 3 to May 2, tax returns received before 3:00 p.m. (ET) will be shipped the same day they are received.
Returns received after the 3:00 p.m. (ET) deadline will be shipped the next business day.

Outside Québec:
For the period of March 3 to May 2, tax returns received before 12:00 p.m. (ET) will be shipped the same day they are received.
Returns received after the 12:00 p.m. (ET) deadline will be shipped the next business day.
