Québec
|
For clients who wish to benefit from the 24-hr service, offered from March 8 to April 29, returns
must be received before 3 p.m. and will be delivered the next processing day.
For clients who wish to benefit from the 48-hr service, offered from February 22 to March 5, and
from May 3 to October 18, returns must be received before 5 p.m. and will be delivered within the next
two business days following the processing date.
Returns received between April 29, 3 p.m., and May 1, 12 p.m., will be delivered on May 3.

|
For the 24-hr service, i.e. from March 8 to April 29, returns received before 3 p.m. will be
delivered on the business day following the processing dates.
For the 48-hr service, i.e. from February 22 to March 5, and from May 3 to October 18,
returns received before 5 p.m. will be delivered two dusiness days following the processing
dates.

Outside Québec
|
For the 24-hr service, i.e. from March 8 to April 29, returns received before 12 p.m. will be
delivered on the business day following the processing dates.
For the 48-hr service, i.e. from February 22 to March 5, and from May 3 to October 18,
returns received before 5 p.m. will be delivered two dusiness days following the processing
dates.
