Define the Default Printer

Personal Taxprep allows you to use the printer defined by default for your other program applications or to use a default printer specific to Personal Taxprep. This functionality can be very practical if, for example, you would like to use a more powerful printer or one with a large-capacity paper drawer to print the returns.

To define a printer as the default program printer, proceed as follows:

1. On the Tools menu, click Options and Settings.
2. Under Print, click General.
3. Under Set default printer, clear the Use Windows default printer check box and select the printer in Name box.
4. Click OK.
