Print in Another Language
Personal Taxprep is bilingual (English and French) and offers the possibility of printing in a language other than the one displayed on screen. For example, this option may be used if you prefer to work in English and must file a return for a French speaking client.
How to print forms in another language
- From the Forms Manager, select the forms that you want to print.
- On the File menu, click Print Selected Forms.
- In the Language area, click the desired print language (English or French).
- Click OK.
Note: The language used by default when printing forms is the current display language.
How to print returns in another language
- From the Client Manager, select the returns that you want to print.
- On the File menu, click Print Tax Returns.
- In the Return selection area, select the desired language in which to print the selected return.
- Click OK.
Note: The default print language used when printing a return is the language defined in the client's return as being the language of correspondence.
