Modify Rolled Forward Data Used by Review Tools

Personal Taxprep allows you to modify last year's data list that was used and kept to display last year's data in the status bar and in Xpress.

To modify last year's data list that was kept when rolling forward, proceed as follows:

1. On the Tools menu, click Options and Settings.
2. Under Roll Forward, click Review Tools.
3. Select last year's data that you want to keep.
4. Click OK.

Note: The selected option does not affect the roll forward of permanent data and the carried forward balances contained in client files of the preceding taxation year.
