Define by Default the Selection of All Returns in the Active Client File for Printing Purposes

Printing of active returns is a command used regularly when preparing tax returns. For example, when data is reviewed, only printing of the active taxpayer's return may be required, while once the returns are transmitted to the tax authorities, printing of a copy of the returns of all family members of your client may be required.

To allow you to address specific needs, the default selection of the active return or all returns in the active client file is possible to print the active returns.

By default, Personal Taxprep selects only the printing of the active taxpayer's return. In order for all returns in the active client file to be selected by default when printing the active tax returns, proceed as follows:

1. In the Tools menu, click Options and Settings.

2. Under Print, click Tax Returns.

3. In the Other options area, select the Select all returns in the client file for printing check box.

4. Click OK.
