About Client Letters

Personal Taxprep allows you to generate client letters for every return you file.

The Form Manager includes several predefined letters that cover a great number of tax situations, such as filing returns electronically, filing deceased taxpayer's returns, and so on.

When you print or display a letter, the content of the letter is automatically adjusted depending on the following:

• the selected configuration in the Client Letter Worksheet (Jump Code: LW);
• the tax data entered in each of the client files;
• the template to which the letter is linked.

If you need to customize your client's correspondence, you can easily do so by creating your own letter templates with the Letter Editor.
