Define the Content of a Customized Xpress Filter

To add cells to a filter, proceed as follows:
- Display the form containing cells that you want to include in the customized Xpress filter.
- Select the cells that you want to add to the filter by doing one of the following:
- In the Xpress Filters Editing toolbar, click Selection, then click All cells to select all the cells in the form.
- In the Xpress Filters Editing toolbar, click Selection, then click Input cells only to select all the input cells in the form.
- In the Xpress Filters Editing toolbar, click Selection, then click Cancel Selection to cancel a cell selection.
- To select adjacent cells, click the first cell, press the Shift key and click the last cell. To select non-adjacent cells, click the first cell, press the Ctrl key and click each cell.
- Drag the cells to the Xpress pane with the mouse, then release the mouse button.
- Click
to add cells to the filter.

To delete cells from the filter, proceed as follows:
- In Xpress, select the cells that you want to delete.
- Click
in the Xpress Filters Editing toolbar to delete the selected cells.
