Delete an Attached Note or Schedule

To delete an attached note, proceed as follows:

1. Select the cell to which the note to delete is attached. A paperclip is displayed in the left corner of that cell.
2. On the Edit menu, click Display Attached Note.
3. Click Delete to delete the attached note.
4. Click Yes to confirm.

To delete several attached notes, proceed as follows from Form Attached Notes - Summary (Jump Code: ATTN):

1. Select the check box located to the left of each note that you want to delete, or
   If you want to delete all attached notes, click the Select all button to select all check boxes located to the left of each attached note.
2. Click the Delete button.

To delete an attached schedule, proceed as follows:

1. Select the cell to which a schedule to delete is attached. A paperclip is displayed in the left corner of that cell.
2. On the Edit menu, click Delete Schedule.
3. Click Yes to confirm.

Note that the total amount calculated in the schedule will be retained by Corporate Taxprep in the cell to which the schedule was attached.
