Convert Groups of Forms

To convert only one or several customized group of forms only created with the previous version of Corporate Taxprep, proceed as follows:

1. Display the Form Manager.
2. Right-click, then click Convert.
   The Convert - Groups of Forms dialog box is displayed.
3. Select the groups of forms that you want to convert.
   The customized group of forms (.fmf files) is saved in the location defined in the options and settings of the previous version of Corporate Taxprep.
4. Click Open to convert.

The converted groups of forms are saved in the location defined in the options and settings in the current version of Corporate Taxprep and are available immediately after their conversion in the Current View menu of the Form Manager. If a group of forms contains one or several forms that are not available in the current version of Corporate Taxprep, they will be ignored when displaying the list of forms in the Form Manager.

An error log will display in the event that the conversion could not be performed correctly. The reasons for the operation's failure will be indicated on the error log; consult it to correct the situation, if possible.
