Delete a Cell, a Line or a Column in a Table

To delete a cell, a line or a column in a table, proceed as follows:

1. Click in the cell that you want to delete or click in a cell located in the line or column that you want to delete.
2. Click in the mini toolbar of the tables.
3. To delete the cell selected, click Delete Cells, then click one of the following options:
   

   Click	To
   Shift cells left	Delete a cell and move the other cells on the line to the left.
   Shift cells up	Delete a cell and move the other cells one line above.
   Delete entire row	Delete the line of the previously selected cell.
   Delete entire column	Delete the column of the previously selected cell.

   
   To delete a column, click Delete Columns.
   To delete a line, click Delete Rows.
