Calculate Allocation Scenarios
This third step consists in making allocation scenarios in the appropriate forms, and determine the optimal allocations between the returns of the corporations in the group.
You must first determine the amounts allocated to each corporation in the group in the initial return as you normally would.

Tips:
To access this group, proceed as follows: |
You can calculate the scenario’s impact indicated on all returns of the linked corporation’s in the group. To calculate the scenario’s impact from the initial return, proceed as follows:
- Display one of the forms in which you previously determined allocations.
- In the form, click the
button.
The Scenario Calculation Wizard is displayed. Click Next to begin the scenario’s impact calculation. - Carefully read the instructions provided by the wizard.
During this operation, if the wizard detects that some links to client files are invalid, it will prompt you to correct them to allow the scenario’s impact calculation. - To apply the scenario’s calculation to all client files with a valid link, click Finish.
This initial return is recalculated with the indicated allocations and the results are displayed in the results section (available under the Calculate button) of the applicable allocation form. - Modify the allocations entered in the initial return and recalculate the scenario’s impact on the corporate groups as many times as you want in order to determine the optimal allocation.
Once the optimal allocation is determined, save the last modifications made to the active client file.
Important: Before continuing with this procedure, ensure the client files of the corporate group are closed. This way, you are sure the calculated scenario is accurate.
In the case where the return of a corporation whose taxation year is not supported by the program’s version is connected to the return of a corporation in the group, the cells with the results under the button of the connected corporation will display the “N/A” text, this is in order to avoid the display of incorrect results, since the program may no longer cover some calculations specific to the period that is no longer supported.
