Identify Cells With Data Entered Last Year

After rolling forward a client file, Corporate Taxprep identifies the cells in which data was entered last year and in which no value has been entered or rolled forward in the current year. Corporate Taxprep proceeds this way to identify the cells in which you may have to enter data this year. By default, these cells are highlighted by a yellow background.

  1. Click OK.

To clear the option Identify cells with data entered last year, proceed as follows:

  1. In the Tools menu, select Options and Settings.
  2. Under Options, select Tax Returns.
  3. Clear the Identify cells with data entered last year check box.
  4. Click OK.
