Print Labels

To print labels that are previewed in the Form Manager, proceed as follows:

1. On the File menu, click Print Form.
2. Select the applicable options from the Print Form box.
3. Click OK.

To print labels with client files, you must indicate the applicability of Form Labels - Preview and Print (Jump Code: LPP) in a print format. To indicate applicability, proceed as follows:

1. Click the button, then click Print Formats.
2. Open the print format selected to include the labels.
3. Choose the Labels - Preview & Print form.
4. Set the "Print when?" option to Always or If applicable.
5. If you use a specific printer or paper source to print labels, select it from the Printer list or the Paper source list.
6. Click the button to save the changes.
