Print Several Pages on a Single Sheet of Paper

In order to save paper you may want to print several pages of a group of forms or client files on a single sheet.

  1. In the Form Manager, select the forms that you want to print.
  2. On the File menu, click Print Selected Forms.
  3. Under Zoom, click the desired number of pages in the Pages per sheet box (1, 2, 4 or 6 pages per sheet).
  4. Click OK.
  1. Select the client file that you want to print.
  2. On the File menu, click Print Based on Print Formats.
  3. Under More printing options, click the desired number of pages in the Pages per sheet box (1, 2, 4 or 6 pages per sheet).
  4. Click OK.
