Preview Labels Before Printing
To preview the label information that will be printed for a particular return, proceed as follows:
- Make sure the tax return is opened in the Tax Return view.
- In the Form Manager, display the Form Labels
- Preview and Print (Jump Code: LPP).
The program will display the labels as a form by interpreting the address data in the return.
Note: When you open
the Labels - Preview and Print form,
the displayed labels do not follow the chosen label
format.
For instance, if you have chosen a three-column label format, a single
column will appear on the screen. When you print this form, however, the
labels will be printed according to the selected format.
