Print a Letter
Corporate Taxprep allows you to print a letter displayed in the Tax Return view or to print a letter with the returns, just as you would an active form.

To print letters while printing returns, proceed as follows:
- In the default preparer profile, make sure that the settings relating to the applicability of certain letters and paragraphs (Client Letter tab) are set according to your firm's needs.
- For each of the letter templates used, associate the template with a letter available in the Form Manager.
- Create or modify a print format making sure to set the Print when? setting to Always or If Applicable for the appropriate client letter(s) available in the Form Manager. For more information, consult the page "About Print Formats."
- The applicability of the letters and their content are defined in the Client Letter Workchart (Jump Code: LW), based on settings defined in the Client Letter tab of the default preparer profile and the tax calculations performed by Corporate Taxprep. You can modify the printing applicability and the letter content for the taxpayer by changing the values defined in the Client Letter Workchart.
