Group Items in a Table According to Column Content
To group the elements displayed in a view presented in a table (such as the Form Manager or the Print Formats view) based on the contents of a column, proceed as follows:
- In the menu bar, click the Group button
. - Click the column header and hold the mouse button pressed down.
- Drag the column header to the header of the view in which the sentence "To group by a column, click the header and drag it here" is found.
- Release the mouse button.
- Click the column header that you want to use to group the various items in the view.
- Right-click, then click Group By This Column.
